Gulf Coast Regional Center Investment, LLC is a single member limited liability company formed under Florida law with American Plus Investments I, LLC serving as the sole member.  American Plus Investments I, LLC is a Florida LLC (API) comprised of JGM Development (Managing Member), Redtail LLC, and Business Ideas LLC (Members).  Governance of GCRIC shall be in accordance with the Gulf Coast Regional Investment Center Investment, LLC's Operating Agreement.
A number of highly-qualified professionals have been carefully selected to implement and manage the activities of the Gulf Coast Regional Investment Center, LLC, including:

Mr. Hagerman is currently Senior Vice-President and a Director at Dunavant Enterprises in Memphis, TN.  Until 2010, Dunavant was the world's largest privately owned cotton merchant with offices in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Since 2000, Mr. Hagerman has managed Dunavant's portfolio of US and International real estate investments, including agricultural, residential, HBRH, commercial, and industrial assets.  He also serves on Dunavant's Executive Management Board and Risk Management Committee.
Prior to joining Dunavant, Mr. Hagerman was Founder and President of ETI Corporation, a leading consulting engineering firm special in industrial waste management.  Mr. Hagerman has been a founder in many companies including the nation's largest Class C/Hazardous and Toxic Waste Disposal and Treatment Facility that was sold to Waste Management and was on the Management Committee for Waste Management/Chemical Waste Manage, Advisor to USPCI/Union Pacific Railroad, and Advisor to Concord Resources Group/Consolidated Rail Corporation.
Mr. Hagerman received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis in 1974 and pursued a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis in 1978.  He is a registered professional engineer in 14 states in the USA and is recognized in several foreign countries.
Mr. Hagerman is a Principal, Director and Managing Advisor of New Tecomate Holdings, LLC, American Plus Investments I, LLC, Business Ideas, LLC, CEDAR Document Technologies, Inc., and several other companies and Chairman of the Board of Advisors, Herff College of Engineering at the University of Memphis.

Shannon Howell is the President/ CEO of Devcon Services Group, LLC, a consulting company specializing in Real Estate Development, Business Management and Heavy Construction.  Mr. Howell has been involved with some of the most complex and upscale real estate projects in the Southeastern United States.  He started his career in the Civil Engineering field in the U.S. Air Force with experience in almost every facet of civil operations, to include construction of roads, water and wastewater facilities, site development activities, and golf course construction. 

Mr. Howell served as VP of Engineering and Operations Manager of several public utility companies.

Upon leaving the public sector, Mr. Howell gained tremendous experience in every level of Real Estate Development including extensive expertise in planning/ design, permitting, horizontal and vertical construction, marketing, and sales.  His real estate experience spans some 20 years and 27 projects.  For thirteen years, he was involved in and managed successful real estate ventures in North Carolina and the South West Florida corridor, from Sarasota to Naples, during a time of explosive growth and shifting market conditions.  During this time, Mr. Howell was involved in the development of over a billion dollars of real estate assets. For the past eight years Mr. Howell has been involved in the real estate market and in business management in the Panhandle area of North West Florida.  

Mr. Howell has the remarkable ability to analyze and solve difficult problems, maximize production capacities, and manage all levels of personnel and subcontractors.  Mr. Howell has the following accreditations:

Florida Certified General Contractor, Class "A"

Leigh Allen - Board Member  (also a member of API and Redtail LLC)
Mr. Allen  is currently a partner in GreenGate Capital, a real estate investment firm in Jackson, MS with more than USD $150 million of committed capital from institutional investors.  GreenGate's focus is on buying timber land in the path of growth.  Prior to forming GreenGate, Mr. Allen was an associate with the Van Companies, a Mississippi-based private equity group with approximately USD $400 million of agricultural investments in the Southeast US.  In addition, since 1994, Mr. Allen has directly overseen the management of his family's farming operation in Mississippi.  He has grown Bellevue Farms from a 2000-acre concern with a net worth of less than USD $2 million in 1994 to an 11,000-acre holding with a net worth of more than USD $25 Million today.  All of that growth was obtained strictly through the reinvestment of earnings and with no leverage or outside capital contributions.  Mr. Allen received a bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University in 1994 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Millsaps College in 1997.  Mr. Allen is a Principal in New Farm and will serve on the Investment Committee.

Mr. McNeil currently serves as President and CEO of the JMG Development, LLC, a Destin, FL, based real estate development firm.   At the Sterling Companies, Mr. McNeil served as President.  The Sterling Companies created and managed more than USD $2.5 billion in developed properties over the past 10 years.  These developments include more than 2,000 condominium units, 2,000 single-family home lots, five (5) golf courses, and two (2) resort hotels.  Mr. McNeil received a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Rhodes College in 1998.

John F. Hawkins, Esquire - Board Member (also a member of API and Redtail LLC)
Mr. Hawkins is the senior partner in the law firm of Hawkins, Stracener & Gibson, PLLC. Mr. Hawkins' firm has offices in Jackson, Mississippi and Bay St. Louis, Mississippi located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He is a graduate of Millsaps College where in 1990 he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree.  Mr. Hawkins is also a graduate of Tulane University School of Law where he received the degree of Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1993.
